You’re responsible for paying for shipping of your order.
- Shipments are processed by the shipping method selected by you at checkout. We have 3 shipping methods for you to choose from.
- Shipping address must be complete with street name and number, apartment or suite number, city/town, province/territory and postal code in Canada.
- We cannot accept a shipping address containing a P.O. Box number. Please use a physical address for the delivery.
- If you do not receive an order confirmation within 10 minutes of placeing the order, please check your junk folder. If it is not in your junk folder please contact us at email@example.com.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the package will be left at your door.
- We will use the email provided by you on your online order to notify you that your order has been shipped with the estimated delivery date.
- We are currently only shipping within Canada, if you’re outside Canada please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We take utmost care in packaging out items. However if due to shipping and handling an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and send a picture of the damaged goods.
Due to the nature of how e-Design works this means our services are non-refundable. We work very hard to provide all our clients an outstanding service, always giving 200% to creating a design that you will be happy with. The e-Design fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All items are final sale as all items are one-of-a-kind and limited editions, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.
